Account management

How can I create an account?

You can simply purchase the course you need and an account will be created for you automatically. You can also create an account ahead of time by clicking the "Log in" button at the top of any page and then clicking the "Register" link on the login screen.

How can I reset my password?

Go to the login page by clicking the "Log in" button at the top of any page (assuming you're not already logged in), and then click the "Forgot your password?" link on the login page.

Purchasing Courses

How can I purchase course materials?

Select the course discipline (biology, psychology, etc.) from the menu of choices and then select the course subject (cellular, eating disorders, etc.). Then press the "Purchase" button.

What are my payment options?

We use PayPal as our payment processor. When paying through PayPal, your choices are to pay via debit card, credit card, or your existing PayPal balance (if you have money in your PayPal account).

Can I use a code to access course materials?

We do accept codes, but only if your university bookstore participates.  Please email us to find out if your university participates.

Can you send me a receipt?

Yes, just email us.

Can I share my account with others?

Sharing of copyright materials is not allowed. We track IP addresses and accounts are suspended if sharing is detected.

Are scholarships available for course materials?

Yes. We have authorized all professors and instructors for our scholarship program. Just ask your instructor to put in the request by email. It just takes a day or two to receive your account credentials and course materials. If you already have an account, the course will be added to your account.

Check your spam folder, and if you use Google check your 'All Mail' folder. If you still don't see it, email us.

I accidentally purchased the wrong course; can I switch into the right one?

Not a problem, just email us the request and we'll get you switched over.

My card was charged twice; how can I get a refund?

Just email us with your request.


Can I extend my access to the course materials?

If you receive an "Incomplete" and need additional time to access the materials just email us with the request.

Can I get a refund if I drop the course?

Just email us your proof of the course being dropped.

How should I cite course materials?

Send us an email with the course you'd like to cite and we'll send you the proper citation.
